How it works

From school emails in your inbox to a parent dashboard, calendar-ready events, and optional family access.

STEP 1

Signing up

Create your account and add your family, school, child, and class details so Sync School Events knows which emails and events matter to you.

STEP 2

Authorisation

Sign in with Google, Microsoft, Hotmail, or Live and grant permission so the platform can securely scan school emails in your inbox and add events to your calendar.

STEP 3

Syncing

We scan school emails and attached PDFs, extract key dates, check for duplicates, and prepare calendar-ready events including one-offs and repeat items like PE or clubs.

STEP 4

Review everything in one dashboard

See upcoming events, preview the original email, choose what syncs, and share read-only family access so everyone stays on the same page.
